1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of fragrance products, all sales are final once the product seal is broken, opened, or used. We do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind, personal scent preference, or accidental purchases.

2. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in packaging, but in the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect item, we will issue a free replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- You must provide your order number alongside a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damaged product/leakage.

- The item must remain unused beyond the damage inspection.

3. Claims & Processing

Once your claim is received and verified by our team, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2 business days at no additional cost to you.
